Old Town Garden Villas is a cluster of six two-story duplex townhouses with a total of 12 units one-half block from the main tourist area on the corner of Duval Street and Truman Avenue.  The compound is perfect for adults and families; no spring-breakers, bachelor, or bachelorette parties.   There is a pet-friendly policy, – no more than 2 dogs weighing less than 35lbs each.

The units are clustered around a secluded courtyard with tropical planting, flowers, birds, a fountain, and a small pool, (see courtyard layout).   You don’t need a car, you can walk and bike to everything.  There is a bike, scooter, electric car rental next door, and a grocery store a few blocks away.

Downstairs the units have full kitchens, a living room with a pull-out sofa, and in most cases a bathroom (.5ba). Upstairs they all have one large bedroom with either a king-size (kb) or two queen-size beds (qb) and the main bathroom (1ba).
