Old Town Garden Villas is a charming community of six two-story duplex townhomes, offering 12 well-appointed units, located just half a block from the vibrant corner of Duval Street and Truman Avenue, near Key West’s main tourist attractions. Ideal for adults and families seeking a serene retreat, the property maintains a peaceful atmosphere by prohibiting spring breakers and bachelor/bachelorette parties. We welcome pets with a policy allowing up to two dogs, each under 35 pounds.

Nestled around a tranquil courtyard adorned with tropical plants, colorful flowers, chirping birds, a soothing fountain, and a petite pool, the villas create a private oasis. No car is needed—we are close to the mid-point of bustling Duval Street, so our guests can easily walk or bike to nearby attractions. In addition, bicycle, scooter, and electric cart rentals are available directly next door and a CVS pharmacy and mini-grocery store is conveniently located across the street.

Each unit features a downstairs area with a full kitchen, a living room with a pull-out sofa, and, in most units, a half-bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious bedroom with either a king-size bed or two queen-size beds, plus a full bathroom.
